Our Nurturing Nurse @ Home program provides education and support to pregnant women and families with a baby (birth through one year and beyond). Our Nurse will set up an appointment with an expectant mother to help with education on having a healthy pregnancy, growth of the baby, involvement of older siblings, fathers and grandparents. She will then set up a visit after the baby is born and discharged from the hospital to see mother and baby one more time in the home.
